Truesoups was formed in 1989 with specific goals in
mind. Those goals remain the same today: Provide customers
with products that contain the flavour, texture and
appeal of homemade soup in a convenient, completely
finished "heat and serve" style.
Here at Truesoups, we take our soups very seriously.
We believe that quality soups begin with quality ingredients.
It is for this reason that we use fresh garden vegetables,
pure unsalted butter, seasonal fresh and freeze dried
herbs, whole milk and cream, real dairy cheeses, and
dried beans and legumes.
We also believe that good things take time. We take
care to cut our vegetables to preset specifications,
our roux is always made from scratch, beans and legumes
are carefully sorted and rinsed, and spices are blended
in-house from our own special recipes. No preservatives
are added to any soup. Sodium levels are kept low, resulting
in obvious nutritional rewards, and a delicious taste.
Our ready-to-use, heat-and-serve product enables the
operator to serve the highest quality product, without
sacrificing homemade taste, appearance, or freshness,
while at the same time improving their bottom line profitability.
