For more than 20 years, the Skoulakis family has served
up a broad range of exquisite traditional Greek products,

The Skoulakis story had its modest beginnings in the
family's butcher shop in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec.
It has grown over the past 12 years into the company
it is today - a pioneer in the market for prepared food
products, especially for souvlaki products.
Skoulakis employs leading edge processing and wrapping
equipment, and the firm's plant is rated "AA".
Recipient of HACCP accreditation from the Canada Food
Inspection Agency in 2000 reflects the company's commitment
to each step in the quality control process. This level
of quality assurance is a key ingredient, making Skoulakis
a leader in the lamb, poultry and pork processing industry.
