Riverwood Sales is pleased to announce the addition of Chelsea Taylor as Customer Service Administrator within our Vancouver Office effective June 16th, 2003.

Chelsea will be taking care of all of our customer service issues such as processing and confirming purchase orders, order tracking and advisement to customers, and price increase notifications while handling incoming inquiries.

Chelsea Taylor brings with her experience from the food service segment, having worked for a broad line distribution company. Her experience in this position with a large organization will improve our service to our customers as we grow our business across Western Canada. We are happy to have Chelsea as part of our team and look forward to her contributions to assist our efforts to provide exceptional customer service.
